The goals I'm working toward:
- Giving up my sweets addiction.
- Losing 10-15 pounds.
- Feeling better about myself.
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
I quit playing sports.
My favorite healthy food:
Chicken, veggies, fruit, and granola. :D
My guiltiest pleasure:
Fast food, diet sodas, candy, cake, etc.
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to not have to suck in my stomach anymore and be confident.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Stopped drinking soda.
- Started exercising.
- Started to count my calories.
My favorite activity at the gym is:
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Having a 3.8 GPA in school.
- Learning to accept my challenge.
