About Me:

Healthy & happy on my journey to lose 100 lbs. and reclaim me thru Vtrim Online weightloss program and exercise...c'mon & help motivate me, follow my progress! : ) I'm more than 1/2 way to goal & would love to have you along with me as I continue with Vtrim (which is SO great) & turning up the exercise to get to my healthy weight!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Reaching my 100 pound GONE mark sometime in summer 2010
  • Walking my 2nd Strides Against Breast Cancer 5k in October '10
  • Getting my BMI down into a normal range! :)
  • Playing tennis again w/out being winded

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Since my 41st birthday - - so 10 years! Yikes!

My favorite healthy food:

Fresh fruit
Grilled veggies
NoFat Yogurt
Avocados

My guiltiest pleasure:

Slice of pepperoni cheese pizza

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to live a happy, healthy, abundant & LONG life!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • No sodas
  • Gradually increasing exercise
  • Keeping a food journal & sticking to my daily points on Weight Watchers
  • Trying new exercises & finding ones I really enjoy

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Working one-on-one w/personal trainer (hard but great!)
5k hill program on treadmill
Trying new classes

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Making the concrete decision to change my life for the better.
  • Having a "slip" & then getting RIGHT back on plan.
  • Losing 70+ lbs. and continuing to go Go GO!
