About Me:

Presently I'm doing QWLC... Have had some results, just want an healthy and positive forum to share my experiences with and learn more about healthy weight loss!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Buying a pair of jeans from Buckle haha
  • Eventually being able to run again
  • Losing 90 pounds or more!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I had my daughter 15 years ago

My favorite healthy food:

Naval Oranges
Fresh Pineapples

My guiltiest pleasure:

Gosh, I can't list them all... but good food in general :(

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel confident about my appearance!

Want my daughter not to be ashamed of me...

Be a good influence on my daughter in maintaining my health

So I want be a diabetic with heart disease dying slowly and knowingly

All the other reasons everyone else gave

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I don't think I have any real healthy HABITS during this time... Well see after i've reached my weight goals!

My favorite activity at the gym is:

aerobics
stair stepper
