I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
Birth. Im too skinny.
My favorite healthy food:
Green apples, salads, lemons, and anything Italian.
My guiltiest pleasure:
Fast Food.
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I no longer want to be dependant on medications.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Stopped drinking sodas. Only water, gatorade, and vitamin water.
- Stopped eating junk food.
- Boxing training.
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Bench presses, push ups, jogging, pull ups.
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Black Belt inTae Kwondo
- Writing a Book Series
