Hi, I'm Jess, I'm from North Carolina. I love reading new material on ways to stay fit. Raised on fruits & veggies and was raised on my Granny's home remedies...terrified of over the counter pills or any kind of pill; Tylenol, advil, etc..
I never drink sodas! addicted to juice, which is not really healthy if you drink to much of it.
The goals I'm working toward:
- firmer chest
- toner buttocks
- toned abs
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
Ever since I got in this relationship with my boyfriend. I have gained some weight. I love him with all my heart and I'm very happy with him don't get me wrong, but have you noticed that when you're happy and comfortable with someone, you start gaining weight? WELL...I did! I want to lose it! Have the body I used to when I first saw him.
My favorite healthy food:
Salad, Tuna subs & cauliflower
My guiltiest pleasure:
Chocolate & any kind of candy
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to be able to look good in a bathing suit
Healthy habits that work for me:
- drink only water
- avoid sugar
- eating smaller portions
My favorite activity at the gym is:
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- walking 2 miles everyday
- drinking water everyday and no tea
