What is the 17 Day Diet?

Cycle two of the 17 Day Diet focuses on resetting your metabolism through a strategy that involves increasing and decreasing your caloric consumption to stimulate fat-burning and help prevent plateaus. Exercise during this cycle continues to be at least 17 minutes per day. You can even break up your workouts throughout the day.
