Saturday Morning Drills: Sexy Shoulders

  • Start by having both arms at your side, palms facing your thighs.
  • Bending at the elbow, lift both hands all the way up, until your thumbs are near your shoulders
  • Pause for a second, then slowly lower them back down to your side.
  • Aim at doing 3 sets of 12-15
