Saturday Morning Drills: Sexy Shoulders
- Start by having both arms at your side, palms facing your thighs.
- Bending at the elbow, lift both hands all the way up, until your thumbs are near your shoulders
- Pause for a second, then slowly lower them back down to your side.
- Aim at doing 3 sets of 12-15
