Saturday Morning Drills: 7 Moves to Amazing Abs

Immediately follow your high knees with mountain climbers for even more ab and cardiovascular work. Get down into plank position and slide one foot up toward your chest so your knee is right up against your chest. Then jump and switch your feet so your opposite knee is up against your chest and the other is extended behind you.

Do this for a total of 60 pounds, implementing the same "trick" as the high knees for ultimate burn.
