Saturday Morning Drills: 7 Moves to Amazing Abs
Start by doing high knees to get your heart rate up and your abs engaged. Simply run in place, swinging your arms opposite your legs while pumping your knees as high up toward your chest as possible. Do this for a total of 60 seconds.
TIP: Break your 60 seconds into 6 - 10 second segments to give you a boost of energy every time a new interval begins. Every time a new interval begins, KICK your legs up as high as you can and push harder. This will keep you working the entire 60 seconds at maximum capacity.
