Saturday Morning Drill: 80s Fitness Revived

This move will tone the outside of your thigh and your oblique. Simply lie on one side with your elbow supporting your body weight and place your other hand on your hip. Then, lift your leg up toward the ceiling with toe pointed as high as you can. This is one rep - complete a total of 20 on each side.
