Saturday Morning Drill: 80s Fitness Revived

Pretend like there's a string connecting your elbows and knees on this move. Complete a bicep curl while lifting one knee up toward your chest, having a slight bounce in your step. Then quickly switch legs and repeat the motion once more. This is one rep, complete a total of 20.
