Saturday Morning Drill: 80s Fitness Revived

This may not be the most attractive exercise, but it will tone your thighs and butt like no other. Simply get on all fours like a dog and lift your leg directly to the side while engaging your abdominals. Hold your leg at the top of the motion for two seconds before returning to starting position. This is one rep - complete a total of 15 on each side for a serious burn.
