In the first episode of season 10, we met Allie Ishcomer in Oklahoma City. She faced off against Lisa Mosely and Sandy Dolan in a stair-stepping race for a spot on the show. She manages to beat out Sandy to secure her spot at the Biggest Loser ranch in California.
