Mini Bio
Allie Ishcomer has a serious family history of poor health, including diabetes and high blood pressure. Due to those illnesses, Allie’s mom has had two toes amputated, as well as a recent stroke. Looking for a quick fix to her own weight problems, Allie had a vertical banded gastroplasty done in 2004. Unfortunately she didn’t follow through on the necessary lifestyle changes. It’s a new day for her, as she realizes her mom may not win the battle, but she absolutely still can.
