At the age of 22, Allie Ishcomer started the Biggest Loser weighing 322 pounds. A student from Moore, Oklahoma, Allie has already undergone vertical banded gastroplasty. Her mother has suffered from a stroke and had two toes amputated due to diabetes. But Allie is determined to not let her genetic history become her destiny.
