New Lifestyle Diet

A meal replacement diet plan with the potential to lose 20 pounds in a month.

BACKGROUND

The New Lifestyle Diet is a weight loss and maintenance program designed to help you lose weight and keep it off. Using special New Lifestyle Diet meal replacement shakes, bars and puddings, the program consists of a low-calorie, high-protein eating plan in combination with a consistent exercise routine to achieve your weight loss goals.

There are two New Lifestyle Diet programs to choose from - a women’s and a men’s program. You can also choose between a 2-week, 4-week or 8-week program depending upon how much weight you need to lose.

You can expect to lose 2-5 pounds a week, or up to 20 pounds a month.

A typical day on the New Lifestyle Diet contains less than 1,100 calories, 164 grams of protein, 72 grams of carbohydrates and 18 grams of fat. The New Lifestyle Diet food is purchased from the New Lifestyle website. You can either custom design your own order or choose from a preselected package.

EXERCISE

Daily exercise is vital to the success of the New Lifestyle Diet, but the exercise requirements are not overwhelming. The program simply requests that you walk for 30 minutes every day for the first 30 days of the program.

After the first 30 days, you'll enter into Phase 2, Phase 3, and finally Phase 4 of your exercise routine in which you'll add 30 minutes of strength training, two, three or five times a week. For phases 2, 3 and 4, you will receive a complete workout guide including specific strength training exercises you should do, number of sets and repetitions.

CONCLUSION

The New Lifestyle Diet is a very low calorie meal replacement weight loss program that offers portion-controlled snacks and mini-meals in lieu of breakfast and lunch. While this program will probably help you to lose weight, meal replacement weight loss programs have not proven to have long-term success at keeping the weight off.

If you are serious about losing weight, The New Lifestyle Diet may help you achieve your immediate weight loss goals but it is uncertain whether those goals can be sustained. The New Lifestyle Diet is a very low calorie meal replacement weight loss program that offers portion-controlled snacks and mini-meals in lieu of breakfast and lunch.
