LeBootCamp is an online diet and fitness program that allows you to lose up to 15 pounds per month. LeBootCamp offers you a free profile and boasts that it is the number one French diet available. The program also boasts a 92 percent success rate with unlimited support, no forbidden foods and an easy fitness element.

LeBootCamp was created by Valerie Orsoni and there are several success stories from those that have gotten great results. Some of the statistics behind LeBootCamp show that 92 percent of people that use the program have had an average weight loss of 26 pounds and kept it off after six months. Some of the tools available to those that are using LeBootCamp include videos, forums, the ability to submit questions to your weight loss coach, an interactive weight loss curve, support groups, a diet and fitness blog, weight loss menus and so much more.

To get your free fitness profile, you simply answer a few questions and your profile is sent to you via email. The web site for LeBootCamp does suggest that the glycemic index diet might be what you’ll be following on this program though. A detox is also mentioned as a tool to kick start the program.

EXERCISE

LeBootCamp believes that the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to pair diet with incorporating regular exercise. You will learn how to incorporate effective exercise without spending hours at the gym. Some of the types of exercise that are explored on this program are isometry, aerobic exercise, Fartlek, isotonicity and pliometry. The exercises you will do with this program are fast and easy to do, but it’s important to realize that you do have to work out. best part to this program? i got to eat my chocolate! valerie's approach is fun and refreshing. i did not have to COUNT calories or fat content or points...finally got to just live, eat well, and before i knew it i was 12 lbs down without even realizing it. their motto is that it's not a diet but a lifestyle and i honestly couldn't say it better myself.

Fantastic weight loss program. I got detailed and personalized coaching via the private questions tool - you can literally ask questions 24/7 and get guidance based on your blog and personal needs.

I've always wanted a personal coach but could never afford it and lebootcamp cost me literally pennies for the amazing service I got.

No idea what user "Jessica" meant about her cancellation issues, I messaged my coach as soon as I was done and was cancelled right away!

I will be coming back to this program if I ever want a boost, thank you!

I've followed about 10 diets over the past 2 years, and this has been the first one that actually made me feel and look better -- I lost about 13lbs the first month, and have consistently lost 1 to 2 lbs every week since. I am finally back to the body I had in my early 20's and it feels amazing! Thank you Valerie for your incredible personalized coaching every step of the way. Highly recommended!

I signed up for this, thinking it would be helpful. It was a complete waste of my time. You need to have lots of money to go buy a juicer, and lots of expensive food. I did not get emails daily like promised, and I could not find how to chat with other people. The worst part was somehow they deleted my account from the site, but still keep charging me for it. I can not get into my account to cancel, as that is the only way to do so, because it says they do not have my email address as an account. I can not find a phone number anywhere to call and speak to someone about this, and they have not responded to any of my emails. I would not recommend this website to anyone. It is a complete waste of money. Look up recipes for free online and find a buddy to go walk with you. If you don't have anyone to exercise with you or talk to you about this, then contact me. I'll talk to you and I wont charge you for it.

I lost over 50 lbs with this program and have not regained anything. This is quite a treat for me, a zero-calorie treat for that matter :) - Easy to follow plan. Don;t be afraid if the first few days are pretty intense with content as Valerie is sharing a ton of knowledge upfront to help us understand how it works. I know some friends told me they were not feeling like they could absorb all of this but frankly you have got to make the first step.

Great program! I started it after I saw an article in Sante Magazine, a French paper that compared 5 diets/programs over the course of 4 weeks. The #1 in terms of pounds lost was lebootcamp and not the high protein or the hypocaloric diets. Surprising isn't it? So I joined, I had 50 pounds to lose. Not only did I lose my 50 pounds but a little bit more and most importantly I have not regained anything. I have a social life, I enjoy cooking now though I always though I couldnt, or didnt like it. I discovered I like group classes (zumba here I come!). In a nutshell this program rocks!

It's not another diet like the ones we used to know. With Valerie we can learn a new way of life. It allowed me to learn how to eat, how to move. No need to buy specials things, no need to cook during hours. We eat various meals, very tasty and we learn to move without thinking we're doing sport. I really really recommand it

The online unlimited support does a lot and is one of the reasons this diet cannot fail. How can you fail when you can ask as many questions as you want to your coach and her team. Of course I don't think Valerie Orsoni answers to all the questions, how could she, but still I got the feeling I was "loved". Their blog is a great way to stay on track as well.

After trying a ton of diets and failing after 6 months I have finally found a no non-sense fool proof approach that helped me lose 25 lbs. The food is yummy, the tips are easy to follow (though you don't have to integrate it all, a few will do the tricks) and the fitness part is a no sweat approach. I recommend it to my friends and family members.
