LeBootCamp was created by Valerie Orsoni and there are several success stories from those that have gotten great results. The web site for LeBootCamp does suggest that the glycemic index diet might be what you’ll be following on this program though. A detox is also mentioned as a tool to kick start the program.

EXERCISE

LeBootCamp believes that the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to pair diet with incorporating regular exercise. You will learn how to incorporate effective exercise without spending hours at the gym. a real bargain, for less than $4 a week I got a full program with delicious recipes (some are very easy and so quick and others are more for parties and special occasions). I had looked at other online programs and diets but they were either total fads with short term results to be expected or crazy on the fitness front like Jillian.

This is a highly effective workout program and healthy eating program. There is no deprivation-- just smart eating and even smarter tips that make you more aware of what you are eating, how much (or little) you are exercising (a walk around the office building works. )

Great program, which I recommend to my "clients" (I work in the movie business).
Yes it is not free. But then again how can you get professional support for free? Valerie is a former over weight person so I can relate to her and understand where she is coming from.
I am also susprised by the new things I am learning on this site. A long time ago on lebootcamp I remember I discovered goji berries and stevia before they became mainstream :)
