If you have a hard time keeping up with the Kardashians then getting a toned curvy physique like the famous sisters just got easier.

Alpha-sister Kim has created her own series of fitness DVDs, entitled Kim Kardashian: Fit Into Your Jeans By Friday. Currently, there are three DVDs to choose from: The Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt, Amazing Abs Body Sculpt and Butt Blasting Cardio Step.

Each DVD features Kim and her personal trainers Jennifer Galardi and Patrick Goudeau taking you through a complete exercise routine that incorporates resistance training exercises, stretches and blasts of cardio. The DVD series is a cross between a Keeping Up With the Kardashian's episode and a workout video, as in between routines you catch glimpses of Kim's wardrobe, make-up touch-ups and behind-the-scenes conversations.

Filmed in her own Parisian-influenced apartment, Kim doesn't disappoint as she combines her trademark kitty-cat diva personality with her love of the limelight and fashion.

Kim Kardashian's Fit Into Your Jeans By Friday DVD series contains three separate videos that focus on your bottom half, abs and your heart. Each one is designed to boost your heart rate while toning and strengthening the specific anatomical focus of the DVD.

The DVDs are all progressive and use a circuit training approach as resistance training exercises are flanked by bursts of cardio. Each one lasts approximately 50 minutes and you are encouraged to do them at least three times per week.

I love these workout DVDs! You will feel the burn for sure! and as for a previous comment about it going to fast, I think it's great. I'm not quick at picking things up what so ever but they explain things so well I didn't have any problems at all!!!

very good workout dvd...i hate working out but these dvd's are wonderful they are fast, fun and they actually work. i felt the burn in no time

I've been doing this workout for three days. It doesn't seem like a long time but i can really feel the burn so I KNOW it is working. The DVD is like, 49 minutes long but it seems like it goes by much more quickly than that! My friend purchased the butt blasting video about a month ago. She went from a size 12 jean size to a 8-9 in just a month. It is super intense. I can't wait to get her results! I would definately recommend this dvd to someone else. I think I may buy a few for my girlfriends for Christmas!

How long does it take to see results with Kim Kardahian Fit into Your Jeans by Friday? How long does this actually take to see proper good results? ive tried many things to lose weight but none ever seem to work. i gave up hope for a while but came accross this and since i love kim k , im hoping this is worth while! the responses look good too :)

These videos are amazing :) I feel the burn everytime and my abs are torchered!!! Kim is great motivation. I would reccomend these videos to anyone who is trying to tone up!!

Excellent!!! The workouts are very challenging but yet fun to do, my body is toned after 2 weeks of workout!Because the Dvd's are fun they seem so short and enjoyable!Kim has a great body which is a good motivation :)

Actually, the 'con' you put for having to buy a step up thing, they say you actually don't have to use that, and even so, i just use my bed or something that can hold my arms and or me jumping on it a few times (luggage! haha.) Personally, I think it's an amazing workout video. But I like the videos more than going outside and trying to do something active, because of people constantly bothering me and my neighborhood not being safe... that and you don't have to pay to go to a gym! just work out at home. :D

I like the abs workout a lot. you can def. feel it working. The only thing that i don't like are the excersizes where you have to lean on your wrists. It really hurts!!! I couldn't make it through all those reps it hurt so bad.
But everything else was fabulous

The Fit in Your Jeans by Friday Amazing Abs Body Sculpt is the best upper body workout I have ever done, period. I credit it with bringing out definition in my arms and back.

I love the abs one and the butt blast cardio one !! They do work! I've been using the dvd's and dieting and I have seen results, really in my legs, but, and thighs!! Kim is so pretty and it's fun to think that your working out with her!

This DVD has got me very motivated..it gets easier the more you do it. I love the trainers personality & like most videos it doesn't make you too sore the next day. So, I'm ready to go and do the excercises every day:) I feel stronger already after a month...

I bought the three pack set during the Valentine's day sale and I don't regret it! The setting, the trainer, and Kim's personality makes you want to do the dvds. They are so stylish and fun but they are a real workout! There were som emoves that took me weeks to get proper. Try them, you don't regret it!

I have the Butt Blasting Cardio Step and I can honestly say this is an ok workout. The reason why it's ok is because the camera kinda focuses on the upper body too much when they should be focusing on the foot work on the stepper or they can focus on the whole entire body, that would actually be better so we can actually see how to do the movements.The workout does seem kinda fast because they do not explain step by step they just jump right into it like we know how to do it, but then you get the hang of it. Over all I think once you try it a couple times you will be pumped to keep working out to it. I'm happy i made this purchase. =) thank you Kim K.

i lovvvveee the fit in your jeans by friday video. i have the ab one and i usually pause the tape to do extra reps in areas needed. the after stretching allows me to be mostly pain free the next day

FIT IN YOUR JEANS BY FRIDAY has potential to be a great workout. Kim goes way too fast in her teaching process. Trust me, I can keep up, but I feel there should be a slower training session, so everyone can learn and enjoy this DVD. Until this transpires, I will not recommend this product. Thanks!
