How long does it take to see results with Kim Kardahian Fit into Your Jeans by Friday?

How long does this actually take to see proper good results? ive tried many things to lose weight but none ever seem to work. i gave up hope for a while but came accross this and since i love kim k , im hoping this is worth while! the responses look good too :)
