The GoWear Fit online activity tracker allows you to keep a food journal of how much and what you ate. Once you select what you ate for snacks and meals from more than 30,000 foods, it provides you with how many calories were consumed so that you can compare that to how many calories you have burned through activity.

The device also tells how many calories you need to consume in order to reach your weight loss goal.

Subscription isexpensive. After paying so much to purchase it you shouldn't have to pay a monthly fee to use it!

I've only had this 4 days and I can't believe how motivating it is. I want to please the machine haha. My first weigh-in will be this Friday. Then I will know if I REALLY love it ;)

I got the Go Wear Fit about 10 days ago and LOVE it!! My only complaint is that I dont thing the activity of walking should burn more than spinning - it seems to be off on excercises where your feet are not hitin gthe floor. Can keep it off and edit the activity on the site though. This is an amazing knowledge is power tool. Set your goals and you will reach them - if you havent you will go out for a walk at 9pm to get your steps or calories burned for the day!

Sounds great but who has the money to put into it...I think Dr.'s should put people on this before being so quick to do bypass surgery...Give people a visual idea of what they are really doing...
