INGREDIENTS
Slim 10 contains Advantra Z, Super Citrimax, Tonalin, Phase 2, 7-Keto, NeOpuntia, ForsLean, Slimaluma, ChromeMate and CarniPure. It also contains 500 mg of Hoodia gordonii.
ADMINISTRATION
Two capsules of Slim 10 are taken in the morning before breakfast and the third capsule about an hour after lunch.
DIET and EXERCISE
There are no specific dietary or exercise requirements while taking Slim 10, but following a sensible and healthy diet as well as an exercise program are recommended by the manufactures of this product.
Since one of the ingredients, hoodia, gordonii, also suppresses thirst, you are greatly encouraged to drink enough liquids even though you may not feel thirsty while taking Slim 10.

Even though there is no magic pill to losing weight, weight loss products like Slim 10 may help to jump-start a weight loss program. quality and very effective. Those are the two things that comes to mind about this product. Been using it for 3 weeks and it's a god send. Hope it works for others as well.

I'm on my 3rd day and love this stuff! I just need something to get me going on cutting back on nervous/emotional eating. This really does work! I sleep like a baby - no jitters - no heart racing and no urge to eat junk! I've already lost 8 pounds. I'll report back in a month. but so far, this stuff is the bomb!
this did nothing for me nothing at all! and its very costly $75 a box! what a waste!
I tried this product for 2 months. Had a headache/light headed for first few days. After that felt peppy, happy, & energetic. But an absolute waste of money as far as weight loss goes. I lost nothing at all. Then I read it possibly causes liver damage so I stopped taking it. i lost one pound after being off this product for 3 days. Hmm
A pill that packs a punch. Energized me with caffeine to get me through the day, kept my appetite at bay and helped me lose those stubborn 10 pounds
These pills were more costly than others and I didn't find the results to be any more impressive than the other brands so I have switched over to those that are more cost efficient
Slim 10 gave me a jump start on my weightloss and I loved that I could try and decide to continue or not. I was less inclined to eat late night as I normally do and that made a big difference in my day-to-day.
