Wikipedia
Jillian Michaels (born 18 February, 1974) is a fitness expert who gained prominence as a trainer on the NBC weight-loss reality series ''The Biggest Loser'' (USA). Michaels was the trainer for the red team until 2006, when she was replaced by Kim Lyons. She returned in 2007 as the black team coach, competing against Kim's red team and Bob Harper's blue team. Kim decided not to return for the spring 2008 season, leaving Jillian as the only female trainer. Along with Bob Harper, Jillian is also a trainer in the Australian version of the show. She began her career in exercise because she was considerably overweight before her teenage years (though not as much as the contestants she whips into shape now). As a young adult, her mother enrolled her in a martial arts class, which was a new beginning for Jillian. Thereafter she dedicated herself to helping the overweight transform their lives and their bodies for the better.

i havae been wishing they would show more about what the contestants are eating.that is as important as the exercise.
I think it was a bad idea to let them have a couple like Jillian said then she cant get to know the people

I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! I also think all the trainers are doing a GREAT job, but I must admit Bob and Jillian are my favorites. Like many of us I need a trainer who will push me and who won't let me give up on myself and thats what Bob and Jillian are all about. I'm sure many woman, including myself, wish they had a body like Jillian. Firm, Toned, and Defined.
Jillian,I think you are truly motivational! I try hard to never miss you on Biggest Loser!. I wish I were there, with YOU as my , guide, trainer as well as my inspirational push. I once lost 100lbs, but put it back on and then some. If I don't get it together soon, well as my children say, "mom, I worry about your health" .. As I get older, its seems to be a losing battle that is about to put me into a crippling state, if I don't do something soon. I do realize I am never to old. If I ever hit the lottery, I'll be there if anyway possible. Or somewhere to get some strong positve guidance. U go girl........
how could one apple to get on biggest loser????
I enjoy the show . Have watched all the season's. I would like to see less emotional parts and more indepth into what parts are being targeted in the exercises. and maybe a trainer demonstrating the procedure. I like the segment that has been added on nutrition and i remember seeing bob show them a sandwich he likes. I would like more of this. thank you..
