Paul C.:  Hey Becky, it def works for me, but I use it specifically for its thermogenics (fat burning). The one thing I wish it didn’t do is suppress appetite, I have to eat a lot of protein since I’m a weight lifter, and this posed some problems for me in the beginning. I wish they would make one without Hoodia because I’m not trying to lose weight; I use it to cut as much fat from my body as I can. I almost got my 8 pack! (I already have 6 pack abs) I think you will def notice the quality as soon as you try it. Most other products have fillers, like cardboard, and it’s not worth a dime if you ask me. The company that manufacturers this product must be paying a lot for their ingredients, that’s why I don’t mind paying so much for this stuff. You should def return it if it doesn’t work for you but give it an honest try.

Becky:  I did notice that it was working better on day 2. I'm debating whether I should take them back or not. I noticed that while taking them I get these very slight chest and shoulder pains. It's so minor that it could be nothing. I just get nervous because heart disease runs in the family and I sort of shouldn't be taking them anyways. I lost and aunt 5 years ago to a heart attack and my grandma, grandpa, and uncle have all had numerous attacks each. So, I get anxious sometimes whenever I have the slightest chest pain or anything like that. I did take Xenadrine Rfa 1 for a couple of years but that was when I was younger and didn't care too much about my health. Those even had more ephedrine in them. I'm going to take them again today and if I witness those chest pains again I'm going to return them.

Paul C.:  Becky, if you are having any medical problems you should see a doctor first. Don't just go to any doctor, find a good one. If you notice these pains on day 3 or after that, stop taking them until you speak to a medical professional. I hope it's nothing :) ANONYMOUS, to go from 155 to 140 shouldn't be that hard, should only take about two months with excercise. Remember to drink lots of water, it is crucial to weight loss. Your three month supply should be more than enough, but don't go back to your usual routines after you lose the weight or you will get it right back. It's a lifestyle change, and it's a good one.

Neilo:  I know from training in the gym and a good diet, no bread no soda, you will loose up to 1 stone in a month I think that’s 15 pounds. Any weight loss more than 1 stone is dangerous.

SmokeKing:  I've heard some horror stories about Ephedrine, but when you put in into comparison with the Horror stories about the FDA and the products they approve for consumption, it's not even comparable. There was a recent article in CNN that "many drugs slip through" the FDA "regulatory BLACK HOLE" ---------- I wouldn't worry too much about the negative publicity the FDA has been putting out there about Ephedrine. Most people know they are just trying to help the Pharmaceutical Companies that they are in bed with make money by approving an alternative prescription drug. It’s commonly known, but not publicized enough, that ex-FDA executives take on huge salary jobs with Pharmaceutical Companies after they help push an approval through for their drugs.

ei23:  By Long Term I mean a period of 6 months or so. I don't take the full dosage. I only take the one in the morning before I work out. Would I be albe to take for a few months without major health side effects?

I've been taking the full dosage for about 3 months now but have to cycle off for one month, then back after that.

Paultex:  Ephedrine is about 10 time safer then any cox 2 like vioxx and it is even safer (in my opinion) then Alli but it is herbal and natural and the FDA have a problem with that

I dont take any supplements and i drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fiber. It's definitely been hard to cycle EphedrineP57 out, and i definitely noticed the same thing you did, losing energy and feeling tired. I am definitely getting back on as soon as I can, probably won't hold out for the full month.

Samantha :  To answer a question I saw above: there are 60 capsules in a bottle. I just placed my order after reading tons of info on this (including all of your comments-thank you!) I spent $140 for three bottles. The third was a bonus bottle so that comes out to just about $47 bucks a bottle. I’m very excited to receive my order. I used to use ephedrine a long time ago before is was banned and it really worked. I do agree that you MUST stay hydrated- but you should be doing that anyway 

Paul C.:  Not exactly sure if this is right but the Ephedrine P57 seems to have ephedrine and the Ephedra P57 has ephedra. Not sure why you can't order just one bottle. I usually order the 4 month supply to get the discount. Anyone else tried ordering just one bottle?

Jenn B.:  Maybe I missed it, but has anyone responded to the comment regarding Metabolife 356 (the round red pills)? Those are the only diet pills that ever worked for me. I lost 25 lbs. and felt great doing it. Are the Ephedrine P57 pills similar? Does anyone know? I would appreciate any feedback I can get.

David:  i have been using this product for 6 weeks and i have seen no result. my intake is less than 900 calories a day. I dont think the pills contain anything that they claim. my advice is stick to the gym as this product is a Rubbish, their support is also very bad. more than likely this is just a Placebo.

Paul C.:  Jenn B..........I actually tried Metabolife Ultra not the 356. A friend gave me his left over bottle because he didn't like it. It was okay, but made me really jittery. I think they loaded it up with cafeine, because it didn't have any ephedra or ephedrine. But i guess you shouldn't fix what's not broken.

ChicagoRich:  OK, so based on all the online reviews as well as the comments here, I am going to place my order and see what happens. Back in the day when Ephedra was legal at higher doses I lost 50lbs. We'll see what happens with this product.

Billy B:  Looks like Ephedrinep57 and Ephedrap57 are made by the same company. I personally like the one with ephedrine but i haven't tried the one with ephedra. I'll try out the ephedra one on my next order and will let you guys know which one i think is better. I'm assuming it's the same quality so might be hard to tell.

Anonymous:  For those of you wondering about the difference between ephedrine and ephedra, ephedrine is synthectic (man-made) and ephedra is naturally occuring. I used to take the metabolife 356 and loved it. Lost almost 30 lbs. I have since taken ephedrine and just about every other supplement out there with no luck. The weight stayed off for almost 5 years. I've gained 15 of 30 back.

Paul C.:  If you lost 30 pounds and gained 15 back, it's probably not the products you’re using but your lack of commitment and discipline in keeping the weight off. Could it be that the Metabofraud that you were taking was just a placebo and you’re now just not focused anymore on the weightloss and that’s why you’re gaining the weight back? Ephedrine is a great fat burner so if you’re still gaining weight while using it, you’re daily fat intake is probably too high.

princess:  i would also like to know about the chest pains...is it normal and should one be worried? pls give advice Paul C.

Demetria80:  I just got these pills a week ago and have lost 5 pound combined wih diet and exercise and it is hard for me to loose weight so these pills really work!

Shelley Belly:  I just received my order today, after like a week. They never returned my email either so I called and the guy was very helpful, and even gave me a tracking number. Im really happy theres ephedrine back on the market, a few years ago, I lost 120 pounds with the help of ephedrine and diet and exercise..then gained half back due to pregnancy and the things that go along. I've been taking ephedrine a long time and the best advice I can give anyone from personal experience, is stay hydrated... and dont take it on an empty stomach and then get into a tanning bed..I almost died because I wasnt thinking...other then that no problems. Paul C.:  Hi princess, i'm not a doctor so if you have chest pains I recommend that you see your doctor. with that said, the chest pains could be from anything. Can you be more specific? In the mean time i would suggest you stop taking anything that you started to take recently that could be the cause of our chest pains.

Lost Weight and Keeping it off (NY):  I have lost 37 pounds since I started exercising and eating right and have kept it off for about a year now. The ephedrinep57 definitely helps but it's also a commitment to eating right and staying active. My problem was not having enough energy after work to start working out. The EphedrineP57 gave me energy all day and enough left over after work to get my routine going. That was the hardest part for me, starting my workout after a long day at work, but once I get going I build up the moment to finish. If anyone has this same problem, I recommend that you try the ephedrinep57. You’ll get home from work and will actually have energy to do stuff, I swear. You will feel lazy sitting down in front of the TV eating snacks and junk food (does that sound familiar?). For the people who want some pill that will allow them to eat anything and lose the weight, don’t even bother. This is not a miracle drug that will let you eat whatever you want and still lose weight, that doesn’t, that just how other supplement companies market their products to trick customer into buying their garbage.

Samantha :  I received my order and have been taking the pills for about a week and a half. I’ve lost eight pounds with exercise. I’ve been eating my regular foods (5-6 small meals a day) and drinking tons of water. I take two pills at 10am, but think I should take them earlier because it’s hard to fall asleep at night. My package arrived in about a week. I received my pills in 4 biasness days. I don't know if I got the right staff that every one is taking about, but on the bottle it says Maximum strength EPHEDRA formula with Hoodia 10 mg. ephadra, when the name of the prudent is Ephedrine P57? I’m little confused, so I have a question for those who see the results. Is this the stuff that works for you? I have been taking 2 pills per day for 4 days now and don't see any results yet. It is to yearly to see I guess. Can anyone tell me if I am taking right pill? Thank you.

Paul C.:  Hey Princess.....Your heart might start to beat a little faster and you might get the jitters. If you are taking a prescription medication or over-the-counter drug that you think will interfere with the ephedrine, you should probably hold off until you are done with your exams and off these medications before starting on the ephedrine. If you are determined to start it anyway, I would suggest you speak to your doctor first. My girlfriend is actually a doctor (Pathologist) and I asked her about this and she said you should be fine since you are young, but it does depend on your overall health so she too said that you should consult your doctor before doing anything. Make sure you have a competent doctor thought, and remember that just because they have a degree doesn’t mean you should trust them. My girlfriend has told me horror stories of how doctors just prescribe their patients with drugs that they don’t even need because they make money from the pharmaceutical companies for pushing their drugs.

Baldwin:  Well, it has been 7 days for me on this pill and I still don’t see any results yet? Can anyone tell me if I should send them back, just be patient or should I increase the dosage?

RLO:  I have been taking these for about 5 days now and it's making me feel extemely dizzy and wired but tired. I don't think it's a good supplement for me and am going to stop taking it today. Anyone else have an experience like this?

Doctor:  I'm not a real doctor but I play one online. ---Who here hasn’t heard or know that Doctors get paid to push drugs onto their patients. I'm sure not every doctor does this but there are a good number of them out there that do to make it an issue. He goes around to different private practices and leaves samples of their new drugs with the doctors. If these doctors choose to prescribe their meds over the other prescription meds from competitors, these doctors get paid a commission. Don’t take my word for it; check it out and do some research. You’ll see that this is the case.
