I started using ephedra last week, im about 200 lbs and have dropped to 190lbs! 10lbs weight loss in a week, my problem is snacking and feeling hungry all the time, but now just dont feel a NEED for food, when i eat i eat because i know its a meal time and i should. Take one 30 mins before you go to the supermarket....result ...less money spent and healthy food for the week!!!!

ephedrine does work but is dangerously unhealthy because it strains your heart, it can make you feel on a real down aswell. Nobody under 18 should take this drug at all and in my opinion anybody taking it should be very carefull.

Hi everyone. I ordered this awhile ago and did not notice any difference when I took the recommended dosage. Since I had taken ephedra in the past when it was still legal over the counter, I wondered if the product was a scam, since the other ephedra products had made me very energetic, even jittery, and totally killed my appetite. I emailed the company twice for a refund but never heard back. In the meantime I ordered Stacker 3 (with ephedra) and that definitely worked! It has 25 mg of ephedra per pill. It made me sweat easily, though. Anyway, I ran out of that, and I just now tried taking 2 pills of this product, hoping maybe that would make a difference.
