Try this healthy pineapple smoothie from Dr. Oz's YOU: On a Diet. This recipe is low calorie and low carb.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup low fat soy milk, 1/4 pineapple sorbet, 1/2 tablespoon of protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/4 crushed pineapple with juice.
Tip: Be sure to mix the protein powder with the milk before adding to the blender. That way it won't clump.
