Courtney's Summer Challenge: Week 12
It's your turn to choose your challenge!
You did it! If you're reading this then congratulations on completing Courtney's Summer Challenge! It's been 12 weeks of making over your habits and hopefully creating the foundation for continuing to reach your goals. To wrap things up, Courtney is challenging you to choose three challenges and do them each day. It's like the final exam of wellness challenges!
See the full list of challenge here, including eating fruits and vegetables with each meal, walking daily, doing squats, writing down something good about yourself, eating more guacamole, staying hydrated, and getting plenty of sleep. Mix it up, mix-and-match, but it's time to put all that you learned together.
Courtney says "It doesn't matter how you started, it's all about how you finish," and she knows you can each finish this summer strong!
