Courtney's Summer Challenge: Week 12
It's your turn to choose your challenge!
You did it! If you're reading this then congratulations on completing Courtney's Summer Challenge! It's been 12 weeks of making over your habits and hopefully creating the foundation for continuing to reach your goals. To wrap things up, Courtney is challenging you to choose three challenges and do them each day. It's like the final exam of wellness challenges!
See the full list of challenge here, including eating fruits and vegetables with each meal, walking daily, doing squats, writing down something good about yourself, eating more guacamole, staying hydrated, and getting plenty of sleep. Mix it up, mix-and-match, but it's time to put all that you learned together.
Courtney says "It doesn't matter how you started, it's all about how you finish," and she knows you can each finish this summer strong!

I have been getting fruits and veggies with each meal, staying well hydrated, and walking each day. Its amazing how much better I feel when I get activity in myday instead of just sittin around.

My plan for this challenge is to stay hydrated, keep doing the squats and pay it forward. I have loved doing these challenges with you. I love to keep going with them diring Biggest Loser season. Thank you so much Courtney!

Thanks for all your insight these last 12weeks!! I am going to choose: Veggies w/each meal, get more sleep and squats!!! BUT...I will try an do them all each week!!

Great challenge!! Today I walked for 1 hour, I stayed well hydrated, and will get a good night's sleep!!! See you tonight in the Yackit!!!
