The goals I'm working toward:

  • i honestly dont have any set goals for now!
  • i need a goal of someone helpin me get a goal?LOL

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

i became a mom!..sounds so awful to say that..i love my babies like crazy & wouldnt take it back for anything..why couldnt i had been one of the "lucky" girls who lose all their weight a week after a baby?lol

My favorite healthy food:

watermelon,yogurt,peaches,pineapples,cucumbers & grilled chicken..other than all that theres not many healthyfoods i like.....

My guiltiest pleasure:

brownies & dr pepper

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want my children to be healthy,& them to live a healthy life & i want to live a healthy life watching them grow up!! a junk food junkie & so are they.i do not like it at all that they do not eat healthy they are only 2 & 3 & refuse vegtables,i can hide it in their food or whatever & the second they taste it they are done with dinner!...i also want to wear tighter clothes rather than baggy shirts to hide the rolls

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • no healthy habits work for me yet,i can carry a healthy snack in my purse & still eat that & then go out to eat!

My favorite activity at the gym is:

i have no joined a gym but am considering it...

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • i have accomplished & done one thing in my life right,it surely is having my children!they are the best & i am o so proud of them!
