Anything sweet and sour like sour patch kids, gummy bears, jelly beans.
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
Of my children. I never want them to feel like they have to be skinny, just healthy.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Packing snacks for work
- Drinking water all day
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Organized classes. My running happens outside or on my treadmill at home.
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Numerous races completed including many 5ks, 10ks, 15ks, and 1/2 marathons.
