About Me:
Formerly a personal trainer and nutritionist, I now work in the field of software engineering, web development, and SEO. Recently I came to the realization that my calling in life is to help people to be healthier by disseminating online as much fitness and nutrition knowledge as I can possible publish.
The goals I'm working toward:
- Lose 10 lbs of fat.
- Deadlift 500, Bench 315, Squat 405.
- Increase MMA experience.
- Develop a huge network of health related websites.

- Eat every 3-4 hours.
- Exercise 4-5 times a week.
- Drink water all day long.
