I've recently put on about 30 pounds and I've finally decided that I need to lose that and about 30 more.
The goals I'm working toward:
- Losing 65-70 pounds and maintaining that weight
- Working out at least 4 times a week
- Just being healthier
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
I hit 200 when I was in college and I think that was my breaking point. I'm around 230 now.
My favorite healthy food:
Fruit. I love fruit and could eat it all the time.
My guiltiest pleasure:
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
My period went crazy a few months ago because of the weight gain - that was my wake up call. I'm also super afraid of developing diabetes.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Healthy snacks (fruit, fiber bars, etc.)
- Only drink diet soda (still bad, I know) and water these days
My favorite activity at the gym is:
