puberty

yogurt, fruits and granola
My guiltiest pleasure:
70% chocalate and low carb ice cream
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
•I want my kids to know how to life a healthy life
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Enrolled in a yoga class
- exercise 6 days/week
- drink 3/4 gallon of gren tea/day and eat healthy
My favorite activity at the gym is:
yoga & kickboxing
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- My children/family
- My lifestory
- reprogrammed my mind to love living healthy
