The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing pregnancy weight and living a healthier lifestyle.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I recently had a baby and need to lose my baby weight, but prior to becoming pregnant I was also heavy.

My favorite healthy food:

Brown rice, egg whites and veggies, oatmeal/fiber cereals, whole wheat toast. Grilled chicken and fish.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Bread, sweets

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to live for my daughter and my husband. I want to be healthy.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drinking lots of water, not buying bad food at home, walking.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Treadmill, zumba class

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My daughter, working towards my masters
