32 years old, working on getting healthier for 3 years now... and almost 80 lbs total loss since!
The goals I'm working toward:
- Running a faster race pace
- Continue on my weight loss journey
- Complete a 1/2 marathon in 2013

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I don't want to be unhealthy in my older years like my mom is. I want to age gracefully. I want to push my body to see just what it is capable of doing.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Protein shakes for breakfast and dinner
- Maintaining a strict 1500 cal daily intake
- Exercising every day
- Running, signing up for races keep me motivated
My favorite activity at the gym is:

- Being able to run a 5K without stopping
- Running a 10K
- Loosing almost 80lbs
