I lost 79 lb. in 5 months without supplements or fad diets. I'm trying to combat all of the bad advice I see on the web about dieting.

Healthy Homemade Pizza, but its still high in calories.

I just want to feel and look good

  • Counting calories
  • Avoiding high calorie foods
  • Avoiding fat, cholesterol and sodium
  • Avoiding MSG and high-fructose corn syrup

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Walking
