About Me:
I lost 79 lb. in 5 months without supplements or fad diets. I'm trying to combat all of the bad advice I see on the web about dieting.

Healthy Homemade Pizza, but its still high in calories.

- Avoiding high calorie foods
- Avoiding fat, cholesterol and sodium
- Avoiding MSG and high-fructose corn syrup
