Im a realtor and I Need to lose 15 lbs. My son is 2 years old now. I gained a lot of weight. I was put on bedrest at 6 months...now it is time to work it off...15lbs to get to my pre-pregnancy weight
The goals I'm working toward:
- Running 1/2 mile
- Losing 15 lbs by September1
- Maintain weight and healthy lifestyle
- Toning my legs, arms and waist(6pack or close enough)
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
I gave birth 2008
My favorite healthy food:
baked chicked
steamed veggies
My guiltiest pleasure:
fast food and soda
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
that's really what I am used to...I work out til dr told me no more. THEN bedrest at 6 months then weight came on..some came off but not all..My hus is a gym freak...i got to keep up
Healthy habits that work for me:
- stop drinking soda
- going to the gym to workout
- looking at old pic
My favorite activity at the gym is:
cardio
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- That I still look good even though I need to lose 15lbs...
- In nursing school
- my family
