About Me:

Hi, my name is Lori, and I hope to find some great diet tips. I've lost 90 pounds so far on my own with just cutting back, but now I'm at a stand still, and need help in my weight lose journey. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 159 more pounds.
  • Taking care of me for a change.
  • Feeling better about myself.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I've became a mom.

My favorite healthy food:

salads, and apples

My guiltiest pleasure:

Fast Food, Potato Chips, and Pizza

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I'm a diabetic with other health problems all due to my weight. I'm scared, and that's the bottom line.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Trying to make healthy food choices, and cutting back on my food intake.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

As of yet I've not been to a gym, but I plan on it when I've lost so more weight.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Making up my mind, and doing it for me this time.
