Fruit - strawberries, watermelon

Chocolate
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I don't want to end up like my mother, who can't even climb a flight of stairs. Her quality of life is diminished - she can't enjoy being retired and traveling as she always planned.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Lots of water - no more sodas
- Walk when I'm bored instead of eating
My favorite activity at the gym is:
I don't enjoy the gym at all, but I do it because I need to. I hope that one day I will actually enjoy exercising.
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Starting the Step Diet and sticking with it for 6 weeks now
