I have been frustrated with all diets, and now I have one that is working wonderfully for me.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • weight loss
  • lower cholesterol and blood pressure

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

10 years

My favorite healthy food:

chicken or beef soup that I make from my own recipe

My guiltiest pleasure:

pizza or popcorn

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to play with my grandchildren and do lots of traveling when we retire!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • have meals ready for when it is time to eat or travel

My favorite activity at the gym is:

None, I do nordic walking 5 X a week (walking with poles)
