I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
I'm pretty comfortable with my body, sometimes better than others.
My favorite healthy food:
Fruit and veggies. Can't get enough of them - raw, cooked don't care. Just love them.
My guiltiest pleasure:
Cold beer at hockey games :)
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
When I find myself capable of overcoming physical challenges presented to me - whether it's lifting that box onto the top shelf or climbing the bleachers to find a seat, and I do it with ease, I'm inspired.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Protein in my breakfasts - curbs my urge to snack
- Stairs whenever and wherever possible
- Water water water!
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Hate gyms. I hike, climb the hills and stairs in my neighborhood, etc.
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- My friends
- My home
- My professional reputation
