The goals I'm working toward:
- Obviously...be healthy!
- Lose 110 pounds...55 by July 19th, my 55 birthday!
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
my 20's ...I have always been a big girl...my mom called me "Fluffo" when I was a baby...not being mean to me...I was just cute & fluffy! :) so I'm used to being big. but, in my twenties I started having health troubles & that's when I started feeling bad. I was 235 then & went all the way up to 290 a couple of years back. I lose...I gain...I lose again...just back & forth & I am just so tired of being a "BLOB"!!!
My favorite healthy food:
Asparagus! I always thought it would taste nasty....IT IS DELICIOUS!!! :)
My guiltiest pleasure:
Coca~Cola! Pickles! Salty food!
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to enjoy my life with my family for years & years to come!
I want to go to the beach this summer & enjoy long walks in the surf !
I want to look pretty!
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Logging everything!!!
- Don't buy the things I can't resist & if I do want something that is not a wise choice...I have learned to just buy small! Like if i think "I NEED A COKE!" I just by a small coke instead of bringing in a case of them or the 2-liter bottles!
My favorite activity at the gym is:
