About Me:

I'm passionate about nutrition and fitness. When I work, it's usually up north, in a camp, with crappy food. So considering my limited access to fitness equipment and wholesome foods I am doing excellently in maintaining my goal weight (128 lbs), and every now and then, pushing myself to really trim down (123 and below)

The goals I'm working toward:

  • At Christmas we are going away with a bunch of friends. I want to be a shredded 123 lbs :)
  • Giving up my noodle addiction and replacing it with healthy alternatives that I continue to search for

My favorite healthy food:

A breakfast I can't live without: egg whites and fruit.

Low-calorie BAKED noodle soups (200 calories!)

My guiltiest pleasure:

Salty noodles! or anything with noodles. It's my biggest challenge, and once I start, there's no stopping me.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to love my body from now until the day I die. When you feel good, there's nothing you can't do.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Making a schedule and planning ahead.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Hot yoga
Strength training
Taking my dog everywhere and going for walks!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being successful in a "man's world"
