Over the last 7 months. Have gained weight while working 2 jobs. Being stressed and not eating healthly

Spinanch is one my healthy food. Cabbage, carrots, apples, organic oranges. Baked or Grilled Organic Chicken

My guiltiest pleasure:

Fudge Brownie
Yellow Cake w/Chocolate icing
Oatmeal Cakes
Peanut Butter Cookie
Cpt Crunch Peanut Butter

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

First and foremost is my Health
Get rid of my aching knees and back problems.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Exercising, stop drinking coffee, soda

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Treadmill
Leg Press
Sit Ups
