I am in my mid 30-s, a few times in my life i have been able to achieve healthy lifestyle periods (from 3 weeks to few years), but the recent 3 years havent been able to stop yo-yo cycles: 3 healthy weeks follow by 4 unhealthy etc...
The goals I'm working toward:
- loosing 3-4 stones
- achieve adn maintain healthy lifestyle
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
on and off since being a teenager
My favorite healthy food:
My guiltiest pleasure:
ready meals from waitrose
getting into states of just eating everything that is in my fridge in a row!
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to wear a sexy dress
I want to feel attractive
I want to enjoy tennis and yoga and not get tired after 20 minutes.
i want to live a long and independent life.
I dont want to repeat health problems that my parents are having.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- really like fresh water, keep drinking 3 litres a day
- i cycle around town and exersize regularly
My favorite activity at the gym is:
cardio and yoga
sauna and hydrotherapy
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- achieving well in my profession in a foreign coutry
- my independence since early years
- i almost achieved life where i dont have to do what i dont want to do
