About Me:

I have always found it hard to lose weight and keep it off!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • To actually keep off the weight I lose
  • I don't want to have to weight and measure everything all the time.
  • I need to get into an exercise program that's perfect for someone totally out of shape

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My favorite healthy food:

I love fruits and vegetables. I eat chicken instead of red meat.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate and chips

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

My body is God's temple. I need to take care of it.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Walking
  • eating more salads
  • making it easy to put together a nutritious meal without a lot of effort

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I don't go to the gym.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Becoming closer to God
  • Enjoying what I have
  • Learning something new every day
