About Me:

I attended Weight Watcher meetings and to date have lost 134lbs since Feb 2008. I was in a bad car wreck in June 2005 and blew up to 333 lbs due to 6 broken verterbraes in my back. I have had to stop weight watchers 3 times due to finances but kept on the program until I could continute. I love this program and the Biggest Loser offers so many idea I can incorpate into my life.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • I just reach 189 finally and working for 140 to 145 lbs.
  • Being healthy and fit for lifes challenges.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Car wreck in 2005.

My favorite healthy food:

Turkey burgers

My guiltiest pleasure:

baked sweet potate fries.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I love life and my family and I want to enjoy it with them.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • walking all I can.
  • drink lots of water
  • eat alot of veggies

My favorite activity at the gym is:

walk walk walk joining a zumba class soon.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My family
