About Me:

I'm Seeking a healthier Me!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Lose 60 pounds and keep the weight off
  • Staying away from the Chips (addicted)
  • Making this a lifestyle change ( no more yo yo dieting)

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

18 years old when I had just finished Military Boot Camp

My favorite healthy food:

asparagus, salad

My guiltiest pleasure:

potato chips and fast food

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be around for my son
I want to feel good about my body image
I don't want health problems that come with obesity

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Started eating healthy meals 3x a day ( it actually helps)
  • Stopped eating chips and fast food (snack on fruits)
  • Walk/Jog around my neighborhood 3x a week

My favorite activity at the gym is:

None- I use Wii Fit Plus when I can't jog around the neighborhood

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Earning my Bachelor's Degree
  • Admitting my weight was a problem and doing something about it
