I am a registered dietitian (RD) - a credentialed nutrition therapy professional and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Health and Fitness Specialist. I have a Washington, D.C. based private practice specializing in Sports Nutrition and Weight Management for professional, aspiring and everyday athletes. I am on the faculty at George Washington University teaching sports nutrition to future leaders in the field. I also provide nutrition communications consulting, with an emphasis on "web 2.0" technologies.

My academic training is in nutrition, communications, chemistry, and information technology.
