I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight ever, looking back years ago I was thin but I remember thinking then that I was still fat. I want to get to a place were I am happy with my weight, I'm sure at this point there is not magic number on the scale or a special clothing size. I just want to look in the mirror and be happy with what I see, and that includes knowing I'm healthy!
My favorite healthy food:
Weight watchers strawberry banana yogurt, I think of it more as a treat, I look forward to eating it. I also have a few favorite weight watcher recipes that the whole family enjoys including Chicken and cheese stuffed shells!!!
My guiltiest pleasure:
McDonald's French Fries
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to be healthy and happy, at this point I am neither!
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Drinking at least 48 oz of water a day
- Following my allowance of points
- Working out at the Y at least 3 nights a week
My favorite activity at the gym is:
HMMMM I wouldn't say it is my favorite but I love the feeling of accomplishment afterwards and I look forward to the stairmaster and running.
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- 1. Saving a life and delivering a baby, as a Paramedic I am proud
- 2. Losing 28 lbs since Nov 23, 2008 by myself, it's hard to work out alone and diet alone
