I am a 38 year old female. I am 5'11 and weighed about 215lbs. I am currently at 200lbs.
The goals I'm working toward:
- Maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle
- Reduce my sugar intake
- Have an athletic body
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Grilled chicken salad
My guiltiest pleasure:
cake (any kind) with icing preferably
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
My risk factors are high blood pressure, diabeties, high cholesterol and heart disease. I am currently healthy. My mom have all of the above.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Exericise 4 days a week.
- Stop drinking sodas
- Reduce sugar intake, bread, rice, diary
My favorite activity at the gym is:
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Master's Degree
- All the children are grown
- Living alone (still some months away, though)
