About Me:

I am a 38 year old female. I am 5'11 and weighed about 215lbs. I am currently at 200lbs.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle
  • Reduce my sugar intake
  • Have an athletic body

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since the age of 36.

My favorite healthy food:

Grilled chicken salad

My guiltiest pleasure:

cake (any kind) with icing preferably

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

My risk factors are high blood pressure, diabeties, high cholesterol and heart disease. I am currently healthy. My mom have all of the above.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Exericise 4 days a week.
  • Stop drinking sodas
  • Reduce sugar intake, bread, rice, diary

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Elliptical Machine

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Master's Degree
  • All the children are grown
  • Living alone (still some months away, though)
